From the 90's to 2015, well actually 2014

I am blessed to work with the BEST clients in the world!! Case in point the family that dwell in this home are amazing, lovely, adorable, well you get the picture! I {heart} them!! They wanted to update the main floor, ya know take it from the 90's to current times! My business is consultative, so I give folks the GPS (gorgeous/pretty/stylish) ideas through Idea Boards, Color Schemes, Resource lists, etc. They then take what they love and leave the rest behind. As I tell my clients, I don't live there, so it needs to be what they love! I adore when clients tell me, "I was hesitant to work with someone because, I want our home to look like, well ours! With you that is what we got, our style and we love it!!"
This client took the GPS, the map if you will, and here is the finished product. They were great to work with and I love how it turned out.

Before and After

Do you love a before and after? Me too. Here is a Paint before and after. My Client had lived in their home for several years and they were so tired of the paint treatment. Her comment after was that it felt like a new home.

Use them...enjoy them...Celebrate!

Do you have lovely dishes that just sit on a shelf? Why? What are you saving them for? Everyday is special in its own way. Maybe we can celebrate that we made it to the end of the day! Life can be so busy and sometimes stressful so pull out those lovely dishes and celebrate your family, the weather, anything! Your family will love it! They may think you are crazy at first, but they'll catch on. Lets not spend too much time saving things for a special occasion. It's Monday can be the perfect reason!
